I have over 12 years of experience in the technology industry, with a strong background in quality engineering and software development. Throughout my career, I have built deep expertise in designing, implementing, and scaling quality processes, as well as using and customizing QA tools such as Jira, Microsoft Test Manager, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Gherkin (BDD), Rest Assured, JMeter, and AWS.

In addition to my technical background, I have hands-on experience developing solutions using Java, Python, PHP, Kotlin, MongoDB, and GitLab. More recently, my focus has expanded to people and engineering management, acting as an Engineering Manager responsible for team leadership, mentoring, delivery excellence, and alignment between technical execution and business goals. I bring a pragmatic, delivery-driven mindset, strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and active participation in strategic and architectural decisions, while fostering agile values and continuous improvement within teams.
